The Service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing. Feature availability depends on your selected subscription plan.
To access ARCHE, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You may register using your email address and password, or via supported third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@carbongreylabs.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or outdated information.
ARCHE offers the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your payment method will be charged on the same day each month corresponding to your subscription start date. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with ARCHE within your first 7 days, contact us at info@carbongreylabs.com for a full refund. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.
You retain full ownership of all ideas, blueprints, product plans, code, and other content ("User Content") that you create or generate through ARCHE. We claim no intellectual property rights over your User Content.
By using ARCHE, you grant HDC Brands LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
The ARCHE platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and proprietary AI systems, is owned by HDC Brands LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Content generated by ARCHE's AI systems in response to your inputs (blueprints, suggestions, code) is provided to you as part of the Service. You own the output generated for your sessions, subject to any third-party AI provider terms.

ARCHE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
ARCHE is a tool to assist with product planning and development. Content generated by ARCHE does not constitute legal, financial, business, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDC Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to HDC Brands LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HDC Brands LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws where HDC Brands LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of ARCHE after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
